Thank you for visiting my new site! My name is Michelle Mekosch, and I hope I can provide the information you are looking for about health, fitness, and nutrition. I am here to help you achieve your goals – whether you need an accountability coach, or just a friend to lean on.

Nourish

Confession: I am a terrible cook. I don’t enjoy it and avoid it at all costs. The majority of
my social life revolves around having drinks with my girlfriends and trying out the best
new restaurants. When I’m traveling, I’m stuck with figuring out how to eat healthy in
the airport. Sounds like a recipe for disaster, right?

Think again! It *is* possible to eat healthy without locking yourself away to avoid the
unhealthy options that typically come along with having a social life. I’ll provide you with
all of my best-kept secrets.

Shape

Fitness is what sets my soul on fire. I love the feeling that I get when I’ve pushed myself
to my limits and crushed my workout. There’s no better feeling! However, I’m always
on the go and practically live out of my suitcase, so I know how hard it is to keep a
regular fitness schedule!

I’m excited to share helpful exercise routines that can be done anytime or anywhere
and tips to keep you motivated no matter what is going on around you! Make sure to

Here is the category which always lives in my heart. My passion is coaching and leading
my closest friends to success and their best versions of what they can achieve. In this
section, I’ll be posting information to inspire, guide, and generally help you succeed at
whatever your goals may be. Do you need a confidante? A friend? A coach? Do you
